Progression update

I am waiting for my local shop to finish building my hot rod motor. It will be a 2276cc! It has been approximately a decade in the making (I started the motor project when I had a different bug. They are not the factor of its slow build.). I greatly appreciate their patience. Other shops would have sold off my dreams! Who? Total Performance European: (813) 875-1915.

Here is another photo that I recently found of Heb Rod (see previous entries). Like Cockroach, this vehicle was really properly put together! Nothing was done haphazardly on this baby…

I finally found a shot of Cockroach from the front! I really like this ride. I am not quite sure about the style & placement of the headlights; however, individual preference varies and I am becoming more aware about adherence to the local headlight laws (although I haven’t had any issues so far, thank God).

2 notes

This isn’t mine; however, it bears a striking resemblance. The owners did a phenomenal job with it. It looks awesome and classy!

I realized that I haven’t posted anything in a while. I apologize; however, I have been really busy with work and grad school. This doesn’t mean that things haven’t progressed. Actually, I have done a ton of work. A few highlights to mention: massive bodywork (a ton of rust has been replaced with new metal), a new primer paint job (tinted primer), the dash has been welded smooth (no more stupid vinyl padding, reminiscent of an older dash), an older hood, optional pop out quarter windows, etc!
